London Beefeater Bear and Michael from Armenia

This will pretty much be my last pictures from London.

I just had to post this adorable picture or my bear friend. Also,my new adorable friend Michael from Armenia. I lost Michael's e-mail address so I'm hoping that  he'll see this and contact me. I met Michael at the airport while we were waiting to board our flight. He was so sweet and shared with me that he writes poetry.

Tomorrow I'm off to Mexico on a cruise to promote my book. I'll report back, Adios!

London's HANDSOME MEN IN UNIFORMS

One of the nicest things about London are the wonderful charming men, especially those in uniforms. I've always been a big fan of military men having married both Navy and Army officers.

The two gentlemen in the distinctive red uniforms had just come from the Queen's Trooping of The Guard at Whitehall. They are veterans of WWII and I was so honored to have my picture taken with these living legends.

The younger chap was one of London's famous Bobbies on duty and taking a little break to read my book and recommend it to everyone in Leicester Square.  Lucky me with three of the cutest guys in London to say nothing of my handsome photographer.

This is a test

London's Trafalgar Square with Fans and Calling Home

No trip to London would be complete without a stop at Trafalgar Square. It was a little overcast but not cold at all just windy.

Then to my amazement, I noticed to teenage boys sitting on top of the Lion reading Thou Shalt Not Whine. I told them to look for their picture on my Blog and I'm hoping I'll hear from them.

I was so excited that i rushed over to the traditional English phone booth to call my publisher back in the states and let Beaufort Books know about my preview promo in London.

Typical Londoners in Leicester Square with January Jones and The Gypsy Family

This Gypsy family were the most colorful group that I met at the festival. Actually they were a brilliant puppeteer   ensemble.

They appeared to be a happy little trio and were very friendly. Their outfits were over the top as was the tall gentleman in the background.

I didn't get their names but they assured me that none of them were Whiners!! I even got to join up with them for a little bit when they plopped a pointed pink hat on my head. I think they thought that I would turn into some sort of wise Wizard from America.  No such luck!!

Indian Jones and Danny from the Musical Grease at Leicester Square

I couldn't believe it when I ran into Danny Zucko and Indiana Jones at the Leicester Square Live festival. They both were so handsome, so friendly and so very, very tall.

Danny was there with Sandy and the entire cast of Grease performing several numbers for the crowds. Can you believe his hair do? It sure brought back memories for me....all good ones!

As for Indiana Jones, he was very dashing but I got a little nervous when he put his whip around my neck. Actually he just wanted to get a better view of my book. Neither Danny nor Indy are Whiners because they are real live Winners!

Right after, I chatted with the guys we ran into a group of gypsies and you'll get to meet them tomorrow. As you can see, there really are a lot of interesting people in London Town.

London Barney & Showgirls Reading Thou Shalt Not Whine

I couldn't believe it but everyone in London seems to be enjoying my preview copy of Thou Shalt Not Whine.

As you can see one of the beautiful chorus girls at the Las Vegas Casino in Leicester Square even took a break to read up on my whining survey. She was definitely a Smiley and much too pretty to ever be a Whiner!

Also, Dinosaur Barney loved my book too. Barney wanted me to tell all my little fans to be sure that they are always Smileys and not Whineys. Barney is as nice in person as he is on television, even nicer!

Tomorrow you will meet some more interesting characters from Leicester Square Live.
